The following are the types of jobs you can find at Sapiens:

ITIL Consultants

Beyond the technical skills he has in his area of expertise, consultants’ role focus on analysis, assessment of needs, consulting and problem-solving.

Being a consultant requires to be autonomous, to enjoy and be good at relationships as well as outstanding analysis and synthetic capabilities. This means that a consultant needs to listen and take into consideration the client’s needs.

A consultant is constantly monitoring technological surveillance so he is aware of the latest technologies and so he is able to advise his clients in the best way.

His missions:

• Business project management support and consulting missions in critical projects. His role includes analysing the context, writing the technical specification, implementing the process and helping with change management
• His works along with IT managers on IT governance and IT department restructuration
• His role also include a consulting role for the entire organisation regarding the implementation and optimisation of Service Support thanks to ITIL Best Practices for the service centres and the Service Support process management

Engineering

R&D engineers

At Sapiens Group, the R&D engineer is able to take initiatives and has a great faculty to adapt to new situations and new contexts as projects vary on a regular basis. He is autonomous and has great interpersonal skills that help him adapt to our clients’ different environments. He has that ability to both analyse needs and write reports easily.

His missions:

• Analyse and transcript users’ needs
• Develop programs, interfaces …
• Respect norms and standards
• Follows development and test phases
• Tests how the function, the program or the unit work
• Check on the development integration
• Write technical specifications

Developers

The developer’s role is to improve IT programs or adapt standards to clients’ specificities. He must have great interpersonal skills and a great faculty to adapt to different contexts.

His missions:

• To analyse the clients’ needs, constraints and duties
• To write the technical specifications
• To do the technical conception and the coding
• To test with users
• To design user guides and manuals
• To maintain the product
• Possibly to manage programmers

Project Manager

The IT project manager is involved in the project from the research phase. He conducts the work with his management, coordination and interpersonal skills. He obviously has strong technical skills.

His mission:

• He scopes the clients’ needs, evaluates the time required for the project fulfilment and sets the budget
• He is in charge of the deadlines, the budget constraints and the quality. He is responsible for the entire project
• I also write technical specifications and builds up the project team

Commerce

At Sapiens, we make sure our clients are satisfied and our employees happy.

A salesperson willing to be part of our team should have all the required business and management skills. He must check on the different missions, make sure that his client his satisfied, and manage the technical teams at his clients’. He must anticipate new missions for his technical team.

His role:

• To promote Sapiens’ offer
• To prospect, manage his accounts and win the loyalty of clients
• To negotiate
• To ensure the management and follow-up of his accounts
• To be able to advice so trust can rise
• To write business proposals
